As warmer weather approaches, golfers can’t wait to get to the first tee. But twisted postures, the torque of the swing and forgetting to warm up can cause unnecessary injury.

The focus of the Get in the Game Without the Pain program, which features a four-fold brochure, is to help Ontarians stay active and healthy, and golf is a great way to do that. The program was designed to help golfers by giving them the information they need to avoid common injuries.
