Jim is the VP of Corporate Member Programs and the Chief Information Officer at the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA), the fourth largest chiropractic organization in the world by membership. A collaborative and outcomes-focused leader with a track record of leading change, Jim has spearheaded efforts to innovate the OCA’s operating model, improving effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability for members and health system partners.
Jim also serves as the COO of OCA Aspire Canada Inc., the OCA’s technology subsidiary which provides members with a modern electronic health record and practice management solution that leverages data to enhance patient care and advocacy.
With an extensive background in finance and corporate services, and more than 20 years of experience in the health care sector, Jim has successfully designed innovative solutions that champion data to support clinical and administrative decision-making and improve patient care. He has held various senior leadership roles in acute care, community care, and government organizations,
including Chief Financial Officer and VP of Corporate Services at the Mississauga Halton CCAC, and Director of Finance at Cancer Care Ontario, St. Michael’s Hospital and the Canadian Cancer Society.
Jim is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from Queen’s University
