* CCO requires members to participate in a minimum 40 hours of CE (including a minimum of 20 hours of structured CE activities and a maximum of 20 hours of unstructured CE activities) over each two-year period. To ensure members have complied with this provision, CCO’s registration renewal form will require member to complete a one-page summary of their activities every two years.
