Help

Please refer to the information below if you are experiencing problems accessing or using the OCA Members website.

  1. Registering and Logging In

Login for new members — The first time you log on to the OCA Members' website you will require the user name and password that was sent in your membership package. Follow the instructions to change your password if you wish. Your username must always be a valid email address.

Login Instructions for returning members — If you have activated your account, your username is the email address you provided. If you have forgotten your password use the link on the login page to have your password re-sent to you.

  2. Lost Password?

If you have forgotten your password, use the link on the login page to have your password re-sent to you. If you require assistance, please contact us.

  3. Site Security

OCA Services – our members’ website – utilizes enhanced security settings to safeguard member information and to facilitate features such as online payment.

The site is encrypted and has a valid security certificate. You can tell when you are logged in to the site and on a secure member page by the fact that the site URL (address) will change from “http:// to “https://“.

If your browser challenges the site’s security certification, you may have an older browser or older operating system. Browsers and browser upgrades are available on the Internet at no cost.

  4. Cookies

OCA Services makes use of “cookies”. A cookie is a small string of text stored by your Web browser and is necessary for the use of important features of the site including tracking your status, registration and online payment. Cookies are not dangerous to your computer and will not jeopardize your privacy.

In order to use the site your Web browser must accept cookies, or you must set your browser to allow cookies from the OCA website (Microsoft Internet Explorer, one of the most popular websites, allows you to block cookies except from trusted sites). Consult the help function of your Web browser for more information.

Certain third-party anti-virus software settings may change or override your browser settings. If you are experiencing access problems (for example, if your browser forces you to log in repeatedly) check your anti-virus security settings.
