Why should you join?
OCA student membership provides access to practice opportunities and the latest information about Ontario’s chiropractic profession. This is your opportunity to gain an understanding of what is going on behind the scenes, i.e. changes to legislation, progress on fee negotiations, developments in the public awareness arena. You will get access to the Association’s member events, professional development and networking opportunities. There is no charge for student membership.

  You will receive OCA member communication materials, including the OCA News and late-breaking bulletins on emerging issues affecting Ontario chiropractors.

  You will gain access to OCA classified ads, which lists the hottest practice opportunities, OCA resource materials, such as the OCA Recommended Fee Schedule, and Clinical Guidelines for Chiropractic Practices in Ontario. You will also receive advance notice on continuing education sessions, as well as our Annual Conference and Tradeshow.
   
• We represent YOU
  The OCA acts as the official voice of Ontario's chiropractic profession. We influence how chiropractic care is delivered across the province. We ensure continual monitoring and discussion with the provincial government, and liaise with groups such as Workers Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). We engage in proactive media management and join with other chiropractic organizations to ensure the most progressive media coverage possible.
   
• A way to contribute to the profession
  Have your voice heard on the direction and processes taken by the OCA on behalf of the profession or volunteer your time. You will become familiar with the OCA’s 35 local area chiropractic societies, the OCA President (via the OCA News), and the OCA staff and volunteers through OCA publications, activities and events.
