OCA Mentorship Program

The OCA will be launching our annual mentorship program in December. The program is designed to encourage and assist young practitioners as they develop and grow their practices, while providing more experienced members with an opportunity to network with their peers and give back to the profession.

This year’s program will accept six mentors and six mentees to participate for a six-month period. Applicants will be matched according to practice style and location wherever possible.

Upon completion of the program, participating mentors and their mentees will be invited to attend our 2012 Season’s Celebration, a special event to honour long-time OCA members, award-winners, volunteers and friends of the profession.
